We had a very disappointing experience with 4Cats. After deciding to cancel our annual membership, we reached out and requested that our auto-renewal be cancelled before the renewal date. However, after several days of non-responsiveness they nonetheless charged us for the annual membership renewal. Discriminatory practices.
Signed up my child for a week of summer camp. This location was not well run. It was very disorganized and very different from other locations. Would not return to this location. What a shame.
