The staff is Great what more can I say other then of more then 5 stars for sure. Shaunie, Yvonne,Theresa hands down the best Customer service EVER!!!!
Worst Customer Service Experience By Far. The Older Hispanic Lady with glasses in her 40’s is miserable I don’t know why she even comes to work. She has no desire to help anyone rent a car. Very unhelpful and she is quick to turn people away
