Just wanted to make a review about an excellent employee there named Destiny Suarez. She made the rental process very easy she is a true professional and a valuable asset to your company.
Not recommended at all please check your vehicles before you live in the Cite. They give me a vehicle with a lot of scratches and a lot of ants and small spiders inside the vehicle that in the middle of my trip I have to stop and switch vehicles and when I try to call back. Nobody answered the phone And when I got the vehicle back, they didn’t want to be responsible for anything definitely I’m not going back and I’m not to recommend you to do that
The staff is Great what more can I say other then of more then 5 stars for sure. Shaunie, Yvonne,Theresa hands down the best Customer service EVER!!!!
