We had an unusual, antique gold ring resized, which Mark did brilliantly. He also cleaned it and ensured the stone was secured, as it was starting to go loose. The cost was highly competitive yet the service couln't have been better. He also proactivley followed up afterwards to check it fitted, which it of course did. A properly run business I'd use again.

had a brilliant experience here. amazing consultation regarding a ring resize, constant communication, and the ring was perfect! best prices considering it was such a change in sizing, but can’t fault them. will be returning!

I went in just before Christmas with a broken necklace that needed urgent repair, and Mark went above and beyond to get it fixed in time for me to take it home for Christmas. He was incredibly professional, and helpful throughout. The quality of the repair is excellent, and the customer service was exceptional. Highly recommend this place! Thank you, Mark!

A very cozy place that feels a bit more personal than a lot of the other repair places I've used in the past - being able to talk to someone like a human being, and not through a pain of glass, was very nice. Quick and affordable service, to say nothing of just how wide a variety of services they offer - I only got a few pieces of old gold and silver jewellery repaired, but you can get very granular and grand if you're so inclined.
