My phone off three years died last night. I was holding off buying a new phone. I live up the street from 413 multi service so i stopped in on my way home. The very helpful and friendly. The owner Jose helped me he was very helpful he tried to if my phone could be fixed he said it was old which i knew. He helped me pick out a new phone. He was honest about the phones like performance memory screen size and camera he was very helpful. I had a very pleasant experience i would definitely go back.
Great service . They get the job done. I needed a good phone with good service and they took care of that. No complains. I highly recommend them .

I was recently at 413 multi service in need of a new phone since mine decided to take a swim. I came into 413 out of convenience since its relatively close to my place. Great customer service, only went to pay my phone bill and end up with a new phone a higher data plan for my phone. Great store clean neat and great professional sales person.
