AWFUL!!! I live in one of their locations at 100 John Street (one of their apartment rentals) and have had nothing but problems with this careless management. Our building currently hasn't had hot water or heat in nearly a week - it's late November and I think it's warmer outside than it is in my apartment. The management has advised I "boil water" to bathe as there is an "expensive part" they're "afraid" to replace. BEWARE. Trust me - you can find better apartments with better prices and definitely better management groups.
