I would not recommend these apartments to anyone we had mice real bad Everytime we told mangment about it they wouldn't do anything the mangment is rude not friendly at all
Some of the people that live there are friendly and the management is rude, but overall I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone
RecommendedThese apartments really make you feel at home. To the management, maintenance, and overall quality this place is outstanding. If you’re first moving to Levelland and are looking for an apartment i highly recommend this place. You’ll love it! Glad i stayed here my first year!!
My son lives at these apartments and I love them! The flooring is great and the counter space is excellent! I met with the property manager and she was so kind and sweet to me even when other people walked in through the door. My son only had to put in a couple work orders for a light and new weatherstripping and I'd call the next day and ask for an update and he would say that it's already fixed. I thought i had made a good choice picking this apartment complex to live in but ended up being my worst mistake ever. It is not a good place to live at. There are way too many problems with the apartments. For one the plumbing is horrible!!! I have been living there for almost 5 months and have had my apartment flooded and have had waste come up my kitchen sink and in my dishwasher also have not been able to use my washer and dryer since day one til recently. friendly people and great management. quiet neighborhood and well lit. the bedrooms are small but the closets are a pretty good size. my wife loves the kitchen and all the cabinet space.
