Clean & quaint studio. Decent workout although I’d prefer a bit more of a challenge. Perhaps this’ll be my rest day workout. Will be back!
Great Pilates studio! The classes are challenging but enjoyable, and Spiro is knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive. I always leave feeling stronger and refreshed. Highly recommend!
This is a unique place with beauty all around you. It is a great, open space with top quality equipment. Spiro is indeed the best Pilates instructor, detailed and very hands on with every student. All the classes are great and I love the mat Pilates. My body has been feeling so much better and I highly recommend to everyone.
I love Tower here!! Spiro is amazing and I love the way he teaches Classical Pilates. The equipment is top notch and the studio is absolutely beautiful.
The best pilates in the area ! Spring is a master and professional instructor. I am so glad to take his classes. That place is my happy place! They have all the best equipment and it's always so clean and nice. I love going there for pilates and transforming my body. Would highly recommend and so needed for all body types.
