The studio itself is also beautiful and very aesthetic, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. I have been taking classes for 3 years now, the longest I've ever kept a membership and stayed committed! Spiro does an amazing job teaching you body awareness and guides you through movement to stay strong and healthy. Highly recommend!
