Loved everything about it. The space, the instructor who I believe is the owner, the vibe… just perfect!
I absolutely loved this class! Mariah is such an intentional and motivating instructor — her energy is calm but empowering, and she really takes the time to make sure you’re moving with proper form. The class was the perfect mix of challenging and restorative, and I left feeling strong, centered, and grateful. I also loved that they use the older-school Pilates reformers — it added a classic, grounded feel to the session that you don’t get everywhere.
