This is a unique place with beauty all around you. It is a great, open space with top quality equipment. Spiro is indeed the best Pilates instructor, detailed and very hands on with every student. All the classes are great and I love the mat Pilates. My body has been feeling so much better and I highly recommend to everyone.
I love Tower here!! Spiro is amazing and I love the way he teaches Classical Pilates. The equipment is top notch and the studio is absolutely beautiful.

I have been in pain for many many many years. And after one session with Spiro. And exercise exercises he told me to do when I went home. My pain is substantially less.
This studio is amazing! Spiro is truly passionate about Pilates, and it shows in every session. What’s even better is that the pricing is far more affordable than other places. I highly recommend it.
