I’m hands down one of the worst tax clients. Multiple businesses, multiple income streams, totally last min and unprepared. Michelle and her team deal with me gracefully and have taken amazing care of me. Thankful for this company!
Don’t answer texts through the app or calls. Unprofessional and haven’t done the job correctly multiple times and haven’t gotten back in months. Never completed the job fully and not clear. Not going to them again.
Michelle is the best! She took about 30 minutes to solve a problem that I thought would be a serious issue. After one encounter, it is clear she is knowledgeable and experienced in her field. Service is second to none. I am a HAPPY paying customer that will be coming back.
I hired them to do my taxes (22 and 23) on March 4, 2024. I had a reasonable expectation That two years tax returns will take a little bit longer. I was wrong. I couldn’t get any information or updates from my tax preparer. Left multiple Email/messages voicemails/ Reception messages nothing. After asking to speak to someone in management I received one of my taxes completed April 23,2024.
