They own 6 houses. I have only heard positive things about one of the caregivers in the Coppell house. At the Lewisville house the caregivers are not trained to deal with dementia patients even though I was told they were. They are abusive and disrespectful. The residents hide out in their rooms. One of the residents was bed bound and I have never seen them move her. She was always alone in a dark room and they only went in to change her or feed her. We did not stay long because of the abuse. Kendra, the daytime caregiver at the Four Seasons assisted living facility in Coppell, is such a dedicated, conscientious, and kind caregiver. She’s attentive to each resident’s unique needs and goes the extra mile to improve their quality of life. What a comfort to our family!

My mom has lived in the Plantation house for over a year and it’s been a huge blessing! Kendra is the best, goes above and beyond for all residents. Shelby and those in the office also do a fantastic job of making the residents and their families feel at home! This concept in elder care FAR outweighs using the larger, untrustworthy assisted living facilities, like the one we came from! All the caregivers and staff are wonderful and I’ve recommended them often.

I'm a Hospice chaplain with a patient in this facility. I enjoy coming here to visit because the facility is clean and Kendra does a great job of caring for the residents.

Kendra is a compassionate, very caring person. We could not have picked a better person to care of mother. She is amazing!
