I went and had an infrared sauna session at 4 Rivers and the whole experience was wonderful. Kathy, the director, is so warm, welcoming and wise. The sauna session was a meditation experience for me, sitting in stillness for 45 minutes aware of my body and mind was cleansing and fascinating. Afterwards, I felt clear and rejuvenated. I highly recommend 4 Rivers, the whole space is peaceful and healing.
