Owner was very nice when we dropped our dogs off for boarding. However, as this was our first time boarding here, I was a bit nervous when I looked around. The place needs some major TLC. Cleaning supplies were on the floor when you enter. The place was not dirty from pets, just disorganized and in need of a deep cleaning. The owner then had us write the dogs names and corresponding collars on a yellow legal pad. That didn’t instill a sense of care in me. Owner is great and very nice to the dogs. Has a schedule for feeding and bathroom times for the animals. I trust bringing Loki and Lulu and having them stay with them.
