Consigned here many times, never had an issue, went to drop off clothes today only to discover the location is closed!! I have an account with a balance of almost $90. You would think they would notify account holders of their closing or send out checks so those who are owed money can get it. Tried calling the store, obviously the phone is disconnected. I would like to know how I am going to receive my $89.90?? Very unimpressed.
Love, Love this store. The Ladies are so helpful and friendly. They always make me feel welcome. The items are always Top Names. I love the store, everything is clean and nicely displayed. My favorite place to shop. Thank you Ladies.
I would not recommend taking items here for consignment, as I have had many items that were accepted for sale subsequently disappear with no explanation and no payment. I recently brought in approximately 20 items, many new with tags. From these, approximately 15 items were reviewed and selected to be sold at the store. Therefore, I was shocked when only 4 items were listed in my account. When I called to inquire, the person I spoke with claimed the other 11 items had been donated.
