Ted Fedorczuk did an amazing job getting finance in a very tricky situation, but what impressed me the most as the real estate agent in the transaction was that Ted kept me informed at every step along the way. I deal with a lot of mortgage brokers on a daily basis, and it's incredibly rare to find someone that takes the time to regularly update me on the process. Ted has been fantastic, and I hope I get to work with him more in the future.
