Cassie has truly been a life saver. She has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. I started going to her when I was pregnant. Her prenatal massages are wonderful. She is great at listening and targeting whatever is bothering you. She also explains where the pain is coming from and will give you stretches you can do at home to help. I had lower one-sided back muscle pain and a pinched nerve for 2 weeks that wasn't alleviated with hot/cold packs, stretching, ibuprofen, or any self care. I went to see Cassie for the first time and 2 days on I feel sooo much better! Cassie puts you at ease and really takes the time to get to know what's bothering you before she gets to work. Cassie is an amazing massage therapist. My wife and I have been treated by her for about 10 years. She is always able to identify the problem areas that need attention and helps to reduce the muscle pain I'm feeling. I am so glad she operates out of Edgewood because its so close to home.
