I had the great pleasure of working with Broadway Glass today. First of all, they saved me from myself 🤦♀ by offering to come and do a free measurement for the broken garage door window. By that, I mean that if they had just gone with the measurements I had provided, it would’ve been a disaster and no one would’ve blamed them, plus they could’ve charged me for both the failure and the panel they would’ve had to replace it with. I had a broken double pane window sash that needed repair. The customer service was great. They were able to make the repair in the quoted time at a very fair price. I highly recommend Broadway Glass. I will definitely use them for future glass replacement.
