Sent a mailer to my address. It was addressed to a former resident who hasn’t lived at my address in a decade. This credit union wouldn’t honor the deal on said mailer when I arrived.
I did not find this to be a very helpful branch. I called in advance to ask what my minor daughter would need to do to set up her own/new account. The person I spoke to said to just bring her state issued ID and come on in at any point and they could get her set up with no issue. I arrived at 3 PM.
