The New Haven branch has gone above and beyond every time I’ve come to them with a new and unique request. From the teller line to Emma W. every experience is positive with the exact results of the request in a timely accurate resolution. I give them 10 stars!
First I was called to set up an appointment for auto loan with better interest rates. So we set up a date. Go in. After I'm not approved due to current balance owed on vehicle. Im not upset about it. Just a waste of my time. Don't bother me about saving me money and in the end you can't. Im a life long member. You can see i have a payment history on multiple vehicle loans throughout the years. I have an average credit score. I wasted about a hr of my time and I work at nights. No response needed. Thank you
