Used to love the place. Have had a couple of questionable experiences lately. Their phone banking used to be great. Their new system is absolutely horrible. They tried to sell it as being so great. Wish they had not chosen to become the new home of the whopper. They have lost a bunch of creditability. Thinking of changing who I do business with.
This morning began with a routine errand – depositing cash into my business account at the credit union, which has an affiliation with my credit union (Navy Federal Credit Union) however, what should have been a quick transaction morphed into an experience laced with suspicion and an undercurrent of discrimination. It left me feeling frustrated, disrespected, and frankly, bewildered.
