I absolutely used to love 3 rivers lately I’m deciding if I want to move on. My son is having some financial issues and we called that department 3 times. This last time the lady was very rude she stated that he has never called in there and he has and I also let her know he’s not trying to get out of paying for his loan would just like to see since he’s paying weekly if he can get out of the monthly fee and she said just because someone doesn’t wanna pay their bill or not let them out of a monthly fee I just can’t believe t... read more
My fiance talked them up nothing but disappointment. Tried to cash my check and they want me to pay a $5 fee to do so.

These people are so wonderful!!!! They made me feel seen and helped me through all my financial insecurities! If you are looking for a bank who cares and cares about protecting you AND your credit score, this is the bank for you!
The people working there are ok but the credit union is a thief. They make withdrawals and deposits fall so they can charge multiple overdrafts.
