Terrible! 3PD was supposed to deliver a couch for me from IKEA... I was assured by both IKEA and the customer service rep at 3PD they would remove the boxes for me. However, when the delivery team arrived 20 min later, they refused. I called the same customer service lady back and she told me that too back she can't make them take the boxes.
