The WORST !! Ordered uniforms for my team. Takes 6 weeks, only to get half the order. NO communication. No follow-up. I have games and tournaments scheduled with no uniforms. You call customer service only to get an answering machine. !!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. !!!
Horrible product and customer service. I had to order my son's baseball uniform through this company. I measured my son's waist and hips and ordered according to the size chart. Although I ordered a youth extra large, the sizing was way off and so big that the pants fit me! I emailed to explain the situation and was told they would not exchange but that I could spend more money to wait yet another 6 weeks for another pair. Horrible , Horrible ,Horrible! Order placed on May 4 finally received PART of the order on July 1. When we inquired about the rest of the order they had no answer as to why the rest of the order was not fulfilled. Now my daughter will go to nationals without uniforms. TERRIBLE customer service
Would highly recommend 3n2 Sports. Needed new umpire plate shoes by the weekend. Sent an email to them. Cody responded right back was able to order shoes and have them the day before game day. Plate shoes fit great and are light so far so good after the first tournament in them.
Awesome sports wear! Great company!
