3KITS used to do manage our website under a 3 year contract from 2019-22. They created the domain, hosting etc. Now in 2024, we didn’t know whether the website was live and all of a sudden they send a quote to claim the old charges of 2022-24. When I asked them to come and meet me for the necessary clarification and to update the UI of the website, they don’t have the patience and further deleted the website. I suggest not to do business with such impatient and arrogant individuals.
