You will love doing business with this company. I began discussions with Robert several months ago. At that time I wasn’t sure what product I wanted…I probably asked him 50 questions, and most of them more than once. He was informative and patient going over all the options (repeatedly) and telling me - whatever i decided, he could provide. He was right! Promised date came and gone. New date was promised and again no show. After a few of those I went to my credit card company and got my money back (thank goodness I put it on a Visa card) with Bob threatening to sue me. Not sure why anyone would put up with his business model. The credit card review my claim and return all the money I had for the down payment and never heard from Bob again.
