I've had a lot of massages over the years, and Caroline is, without question, the best massage therapist I've ever been to. What sets her apart is her incredible understanding of anatomy and body mechanics. It's clear that her background in Pilates, corrective exercise and movement give her a level of expertise that's hard to find. Caroline is simply amazing at what she does. She listens intently, she cares, and I always leave feeling a fool taller! I always say she has magic hands - highly recommend!
Michelle was fantastic providing service for a 90 minute deep tissue massage. I've had a handful of massage therapists, and all are unique in their own skills. Michelle was the first to release my hips on the first try. Her hands can be heavy and that's what I asked for, but I'm sure she has the touch to finesse any way you prefer. Highly recommended, both Michelle and 3D Vitality Sports!
Michelle was professional and polite. Extremely knowledgeable and addressed areas which needed attention. The price was quite reasonable and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend.
