3D Lifestyle Athlete is great! I love the Dynamic Stretches Erik teaches; they’re very effective at alleviating the pressure point pain I sometimes get near my shoulders. Erik’s knowledge has really helped me!
Erik works with employees instructs them in a Dynamic Stretching Program, Ergonomic tips for computer workstations and posture habits. He gives employees ergonomics assessments and education for a total TRANSFORMATIONAL. He treats those with MSD stiffness, pain, or recovering from injury, and prevention of injuries.
Very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about dynamic stretching and ergonomics.
During the pandemic I’ve found myself working long hours from my home office. Erik helped me identify a high quality sit/stand desk and optimize my home office set-up to improve ergonomics. The result has been increased energy and less stiffness.
