I purchased a Midnight Blue Fitted cropped Hoodie from Francesca @ Crunch Fitness she had a booth there and was representing her business. She was an incredible help and the material of this hoodie is so soft and it’s still breathable. I absolutely love it! She has a few colors for the fall collection, I highly recommend. Had my first body sculpting session with Francesca today and omg was it amazing!! She was so incredibly sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable! She custom created a treatment for me and what I’m looking for. It was also super relaxing which I wasn’t expecting. I can’t wait to see the results! I would highly recommend Soleil lash & Beauty Bar . They are all highly knowledgeable and trained in their field. I have to say I love Francesca She truly cares about her clients and wants to be sure you get great results She listens to your needs and then incorporates that into your treatment. I would also recommend the Ico one machine for anyone looking to get lymphatic drainage relax your muscles and to smooth firm your skin as well. It really works and makes you feel great 🫶🙏
One of the best trainers I have encountered in my lifetime. She really tailors what you want with what you need. Combining weight training, cardio and nutritional coaching helps me to become stronger and healthier. Coach definitely pushes you beyond your comfort zone so that you get better.
