Multiple extremely rude and unprofessional interactions. This range was great in the past; my husband and I enjoyed it while it was owned by the previous couple, but since ownership has changed about 7 months ago to Dan the services provided to members has decreased and has not been reflected in the price, and one of the employees- Dave was incredibly rude and assaultive to myself and my husband. 0/10 DO NOT recommend.

My husband and I recently went through membership. Everyone on staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Facility is well kept and organized! My parents who are new to firearms had a blast here!

I had an outstanding experience at 37 PSR! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the RSO, Todd. He went above and beyond to ensure our visit was both educational and enjoyable. Since I don’t get to the range often and have limited experience with firearms (despite owning a few), Todd took the time to teach my group essential safety protocols and shooting mechanics—lessons that were truly invaluable.
