The preparer double charged me and decided to keep both payments and I was told that she stopped communicating with the owner as well. Nothing against the owner but I won’t be doing business with them again. I’m a single mother who can’t/couldn’t afford what was done to me.
Horrible experience she filed my taxes in 2021 I was supposed to get back a certain amount and she took thousands of dollars from me and now she put down my husband made a lot of money and he owes the IRS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AND NOW WE ARE GOING TO THE IRS TO SHOW PROOF SHE SCREWED US AND THOSE 2021 taxes have to be amended l. She told us the fee was 450 but kept trying to take over a thousand from him
BAD FOR BUSINESS!! I do not recommend! She will deposit your tax refund in someone else’s account and won’t pay your money back. You will be screwed out of ALL of your business!! Horrible business owner!
