I made a purchase from 365 Garage Door Parts through Amazon. I attempted to return this part due to it being the incorrect part. After I was able to get the proper part that I needed, I contacted them to return the incorrect part. They cited their policy of 30 day returns, which I was past, so they would not accept the return. Ordered item on Amazon the product was right product but did not work for us it was promptly returned took 3 weeks to initiate a refund and then they took 20% off of refund as a "restocking fee". No where in the return policy stated on Amazon does it mention anything in regards to that especially since the item was perfect working order. I thought businesses did away with this so called restocking fee. Wont be ordering any of our other needed parts from this store.
BEWARE - I ordered a garage door opener 2-pack from them via Amazon and they shipped only one remote. A price is only good if you get what you ordered.

Horibble customer service- Could be the worst I have ever recieved. Don't be foooled by this company- pay the extra $5.00 and actually get the parts you ordered.
