I am here because I had a great experience with 365 cycles. The reviews had me nervous. I ordered a carbon crankset Tuesday and it shipped out next day and I got it Saturday on my birthday. I live in Texas btw.
Bought a wheel from them and had an issue with the hub. Sent in some pictures of the issue and they refunded me the money for the entire wheel. Would do business with them again. Good customer service.
