Please see the review below regarding a recent experience at a rental location. The Mentor team was incredibly helpful, and we cannot thank them enough. Perhaps the team from this location could benefit from some training. This past weekend, my husband rented a car. I was shocked to hear about the unprofessional and unsatisfactory behavior of the staff members.
