I requested medical records for my son and was told there was a copy fee. However, the copy fee was not disclosed. Once I arrived, the printing fee was finally disclosed. For printing out of four black and white pages I was charged $25.50. I do not recommend this office. As the fee is high, the documents weren't ready when I arrived and I watched her print out the documents in under a minute.
