I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr. Lu. I’ve never had issues with anyone else here, but during my visit, she raised her voice at me in front of everyone simply for asking basic questions about the pain I’d been dealing with recently. I was just trying to understand what might be going on, yet she reacted as if my questions were offensive and became defensive. They are very understanding and helpful in every way! I have been recommending them to everyone. The girls working the front desk always find a way to help me and ensure a good visit.
There seems to be no clear or consistent treatment plan in place. Each session lasts only around 7–8 minutes, sometimes 9 minutes at most, which is far below the standard duration for a proper physical therapy session . they focus has become more about seeing as many patients as possible in a short amount of time, rather than ensuring each patient receives the appropriate care.
I have been going to this facility for months already. When our pcp ordered PT GOR MU HUBBY, THEY GAVE ANOTHER FACILITY. I CALLED OUR PCP TO GIVE 360 WELLNESS PT BECAUSE I LIKE THEIR SERVICES. JOHN THE PHYSICAL THERAPIST DID A VERY GOOD ASSESSMENT ON MY HUBBY. HE DID A GREAT JOB! ALSO KATHY THE FRONT DESK GIRL IS ALSO VERY ACCOMODATING. I DONT KNOW IF I SPELLED HER NAME CORRECTLY.
