GOOGLE PUT THIS REVIEW UP AND JACKED IT ALL UP. I never sent it a google review. I posted to Facebook so beware that info get put in places. 360 is an AMAZING place and they get 5 stars. I am so glad one of their workers reached out because I would never want to leave them. Bad review! Elizabeth is amazing! Great consultation and he realizes not every face is not the same and customizes your service to you! 360 Wellness is very welcoming, efficient, and professional! I have and will continue to refer friends because they are never disappointed! I have been going now for 5 years for Botox and was excited to try the VP peel.
I don’t vent much, but this really upset me today. I work a lot and wanted a little time to myself, but all I got was charged for making an appointment 😡 I scheduled what was advertised as a $300 chemical peel, but upon arrival and after a consultation, the total unexpectedly increased to $590. This included additional charges for dermaplaning ($60) and a ZO product ($230 for daily renewal cream) —neither of which were clearly communicated upfront. The staff at this location is amazing.Very professional and do not try to insist on you purchasing a ton of things that you don't need.
I’ve been receiving hormone replacement therapy here for several years and I’ve been very happy with the professionalism and welcoming nature of everyone at this practice.
