I am thankful to 360 Tax service. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I provided my tax information to this group in January. I called no less than 4 times, just trying to get any type of confirmation that my documents had been received, and that the proper credits were accounted for. On the fourth call, a receptionist told me that in order to speak to a tax professional, that I needed to set an appointment. THis is after 3 calls of being told I would get a call back.
