I had my taxes done here 2 years in a row. The first year was good. The second year horrible. I thought finally i had found a reliable competent tax business. I was wrong. The second year they went up $200 for the same service i received the previous year. My check did not get direct deposited but instead it was deposited into their account and they had to print me a check. I was told on at least 2 occasions my check would be mailed over a 2 week period. It was NEVER mailed. I won't ever use this company again.
