Terrible experience! Very poor customer service. We have contacted them via phone calls and emails multiple times to get the product that we paid for, they don't even bother to return the call or reply to emails.

This company took my money, took the photos, and then never used the photos they took or responded to me. It’s been 9 months and I can’t get ahold of them. Do not use them they are scammers! Between reaching out to corporate and my consultant that personally came to my business, both have been blatantly ignored.

Once they have your money they are done with you :( We have old photos on our business listing and have been REPEATEDLY asking them to remove them since December and have had NO response. Just horrible!

I contracted with 360Photo about 2 years ago to photograph about 80 of our stores. It was easily one of the WORST vendor relationships I have ever experienced. The quality of the photos was average at best and usually they did not comply with the basic photo guidelines and standards we established upfront. The tours were awful. The stitching between panos was terrible. I spent hours of my time reviewing their amateur production work.
