Worst experience ! The woman we were working with to get a loan pushed back our closing date 3 times!!!!! We also wouldn't have even known about the closing dates being pushed back if we hadn't of asked questions. It has been a complete nightmare. We were supposed to be in our new house almost a month ago from now & now because lack of communication we have lost the house we were going to buy. I would never recommend to ANYONE!
I was needing to refinance and lower my rate and payment. They were able to get it done in just 2 weeks..
Good company. My rep was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He always called back and was even able to save me money.
These guys are great. My agent referred me to them and I was really happy with them. I've had three loans through them and have been happy with all three.
We used 360 mortgage and had a terrible experience. They were constantly asking for the same documents three and four times. We had our closing date pushed back three times and had to pay a $375 fee. They estimated our closing cost three times and were completely off. I would not recommend this lender to anyone. They made buying a new house horrible.
