I am the Loan Originator under Don Groff-the owner of 360 Lending Group since Feb 2020. I got my Loan Originator license in Jan 2020 and my teacher-Eric introduced me to Don. Don said he will train me and it would take his time, so the max commission he could give me for the first three loan deals (my clients in real estate) would be .75% of the purchase price of a house.
