I've been a member of this Credit Union for over 45 years. In retirement, the Vernon branch is a great location for me. This credit Union is better than any bank. They are honest, efficient and fair, where my experience with other banks doesn't match up. Everyone who works there is friendly and ready to assist. I highly recommend doing your banking here.
I’ve banked here my entire life and my father banked here since he worked at Hamilton standard and it was there private credit union. In the past 5-6 years the quality of service, especially over the phone has gone downhill tremendously. Absurd wait times on using your own money (I’m not taking about holds on a check, I’m saying even to spend more than 5k on your debit card you must submit a request for temporary raise of limit, which cannot be permanent, and be told they will “hopefully” get back to you today.)
