Horrible, Terrible, Run, I discontinued myself from this place that call themselves TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CREDIT, on October 3, 2020, why are they still taking Funds out of my account, for nearly 2 months! And No Service has been been made! THE ACCOUNT IS CLOSE, duh! Now i have to close a bank account that has been open for nearly 15 years, for lack of experience THESE PEOPLE have! Now we can also call them THIEVES!!!
I was asked to sign up with 360 Credit Conulsting by my lender in order to help me increase my credit scores. I didn't think they'd be able to help me but scores did increase dramatically during the few months I was with them! I am thrilled with the results and I have recently closed on my new home. I would recommend them for any one shopping for a home or even starting to look!
This place was recommended and I hired them. $500 and 4 months later they did nothing for me. They claim they sent out 2 sets of letters. I never once received a letter from credit reporting agency like 360 said I would. My credit didnt move, except for the accounts I took care of on my own. They didnt call creditors or anything. I agree with other posting that they are crooks.
Excellent results and great customer service! I have worked with other companies in the past due to the profession I am in and 360 is the best by far.
This company has been helping me improve my credit to buy a new home. I’m not where I need to be yet but we’ve made progress.
I signed up and used their service for months. It works, I'm not going to complain about the process not working, it does. The cancellation of their service was extremely difficult. When you call their customer service to cancel, their IVR take all cancellation calls and forwards them to a voice mail (this happened well over 5-6 times over a two week period). This company is a bunch of crooks. I signed up and was a customer for 3 months. In that 3 months they sent out (they say) 2 sets of letters. When I got a response from Experian saying that they were not going to initiate a dispute because the letter did not appear from me and I told 360 about this, and 360 completely ignored it. Also, the last letter they sent out was on 04.27.19 (yes I have this in writing) yet they charged me on May 26,2019 for $69.99 I requested an itemized statement showing all the "work" they had done. ... read more
