I had a great first experience-list over 4 inches. Very nice people and everything was explained well. Did my second treatment today and I can notice the difference! Yea!
The ladies were great! I never felt uncomfortable while being measured. I actually lost inches in a few spots from the red light therapy . I'll be going back

I wanted to write a review on 30 Body and the wonderful experience I had at this clinic! The girls at the clinic are amazing. They treated me like I was a friend of theirs! They really explained all the benefits of red light therapy and was able to answer all my questions and they are very thorough. The office was very nice and very clean as well! Great place for body contouring and wellness! State of the art equipment. Lost 4.5 inches overall with my first session. Definitely feel better afterwards with less bloating, less inflammation, and better muscle recovery. Meredith and Paul were so welcoming and friendly.
