After a disapointing first visit the owner was very quick to apologise and offer me a discount to come back. There's not many places out there that would go through that much effort to try and ensure excellent customer service so a lot of credit for them for doing that. On return she recommended me a masseuse who provided an excellent massage and overall great customer service. Very glad I gave this place a second chance and can definitely recommend to others.
Booked an hour massage after reading positive reviews. On arrival the lady told me that she could only do 30 minutes due to another booking. This was obviously disappointing seeing as I also booked for the hour but was too tired to agrue about it. The massage was okay but the whole process was very rushed and half done. The customer service was also not great and they only really seemed to care about taking the money. I Had a massage with Tom and it was amazing. He made me feel comfortable, knew exactly what I needed, and I left feeling refreshed. Highly recommended! He works here on Saturdays, and I highly recommend trying a session with him.
