Update: we received 50% of carpet cleaning charges back from corporate. However, we still think it is unfair to charge us for this at all since we had the carpet that had stain professionally cleaned twice and nothing was said about the other bedroom’s carpet during move out inspection. However, now they are saying the charge is for both bedroom’s standard carpet cleaning which I never heard of.
