They lie about the conditions of the warranty. Was told it would be covered if the screen was damaged without dropping it or breaking is myself. The screen started playing up after 2-3 months, had a few black spots and a line in the screen, when I went back in i was told if wouldn't be covered. There's plenty of shops around, so do yourself a favour and avoid going to this one.
