I started this program in January 2018 having no energy, my health was the worst it had ever been, feeling discouraged, and frustrated I had to do something. Before staring 30/10 I had lost 15lbs but that was a difficult 3 months. With the 30/10 program I lost 45lbs in just under 4.5 months! This program really works and it was super easy! I was on the program for the past 14 weeks and lost 41lbs (despite my thyroid issue). My Doctor said I am in the best shape he has ever seen. I normally go to the Silverdale office but the Seattle office allows me to use their office when I am on that side of the water. It is so great to eat normal and not worry about gaining my weight back. So many thank you's to all they ladies who helped through this process.

I can't say enough about this team, they're brilliant. I came to 30/10 Weight Loss in November of last year, and I'm about to be finished with my program. When I came in I was suffering from being overweight and hypertension. They've helped to get me back on track with not just my life but my expectations for myself.
