I started this program in January 2018 having no energy, my health was the worst it had ever been, feeling discouraged, and frustrated I had to do something. This program really works and it was super easy! I was on the program for the past 14 weeks and lost 41lbs (despite my thyroid issue). My Doctor said I am in the best shape he has ever seen. I normally go to the Silverdale office but the Seattle office allows me to use their office when I am on that side of the water. It is so great to eat normal and not worry about gaining my weight back. So many thank you's to all they ladies who helped through this process.
Any question I had about weight loss was answered right away, I can always count on the staff for help!
