I am very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I have brought up my issue with two different associates who said they would talk to the manager and I have yet to get any follow up from anyone. For $2,000, I should have received the full service of anyone else, but instead was not given the full $2000 worth due to someone not doing their homework from the start.
