This would be the hardest company to help communicate with customers after spending $1500 on an ice bath and chiller we have used it a handful of times. The fan doesn’t work all I want is a replacement!
I’ve tried many recovery centres and facilities across Melbourne, but this one truly stands out as world-class. The state of the art setup gives you that extra edge both physically and mentally. The Normatec compression boots, infrared sauna, and hot & cold water therapy are game changers for recovery and overall performance. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, recharged, and a step ahead. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their health, fitness, or just wanting to feel their absolute best.
Can not recommend this place more! All three recovery zones are fantastic, spacious and clean!
