I’ve tried many recovery centres and facilities across Melbourne, but this one truly stands out as world-class. The state of the art setup gives you that extra edge both physically and mentally. The Normatec compression boots, infrared sauna, and hot & cold water therapy are game changers for recovery and overall performance. Every session leaves me feeling refreshed, recharged, and a step ahead. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their health, fitness, or just wanting to feel their absolute best.

BFT Reservoir 3Zone Recovery is honestly next level. The compression feels amazing and really helps with soreness after workouts. I’ve been pairing it with their sauna sessions and magnesium baths—best combo ever. I always leave feeling relaxed, recovered, and ready to train again. Can’t recommend them enough! Always looking forward to book my sessions here....😎 very neat and highly maintained private space
A one stop spot for all things recovery. Not only for someone who excercises alot but even for general wellness. The space is not setup for a group session which is what I prefer and can really ‘zone in’ and rotate between the different zones. Great service and easy booking system too. Can def recommend and might even be part of my weekly routine. Thanks again and will be back !!
