The owner, Bonnie, responded within hours to my question on the website. She offered her personal experience with the yarn I was ordering. The delivery was speedy and the yarn was nicely wrapped with a lovely token of thanks. I will definitely recommend this shop, and hope to order again soon.
I was looking for double pointed needles. Mary was so thoroughly helpful. Though she did not have all of the sizes that I was looking for in the brand I wanted, she replaced that size with an nearly equivalent one. And then later sent me what I had originally ordered. Though I live far away and bought online, this is my new 'go to' store for my knitting and yarn needs. Thank you!!
