Really happy with my treatment from Yowana at 3-Points Health Clinic. She quickly worked out that tightness in my lower back and calves was contributing to my knee pain and focused on releasing those areas. She is strong as heck and there was plenty of pain in the process (not a bad thing) which she skillfully distracted me from with her excellent conversation! 💪 💪
