We were disappointed with the level of service. The young staff seemed unfamiliar with the bikes and couldn’t answer our questions. We rented a double-seated bike with the intention of riding it to the golf course, but the front tire was underinflated and the overall quality of the bike was poor. It felt unsafe so we returned it early. When we returned the bike and shared our concerns, the staff member was unresponsive. What we loved the most was the amazing service from the lady who helped us — she was incredibly sweet and helpful! She recommended the best time to go, gave us great tips, and even took the time to explain everything with so much kindness. We did the full ride around town and had so much fun! It’s definitely a workout (pedalling isn’t easy!), but totally worth it. You can go all around the village in about 30 minutes — that’s what we did!
Had a great time with the electric bike! Very fun for the whole family ☺️
