It was my first time going to 3Elements. I had a doctor appointment just 2 blocks down the road, saw them on social media and signed up for a yoga class with Teresa today. Teresa was extremely welcoming and personable. Her class was wonderful and relaxing. I went in feeling tight and stiff, but walked out feeling so much better after her class. Definately recommend and look forward to returning.
